1 General Terms & Conditions

By using 111bdt's website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between 111bdt (bunun bunun bunun — hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we") and the user.

111bdt is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform. Our services are intended solely for individuals of legal age residing in jurisdictions where online betting is not prohibited by law.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

111bdt complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Identity verification is mandatory before making withdrawals or conducting transactions above specified limits.

Required Documents

• Government-issued photo ID: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of current address: a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months.
• Payment method verification: screenshot or confirmation of your bKash/Nagad account.

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. Verification typically takes 1–3 business days. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure.

4 Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

All bets placed on 111bdt are considered final and cannot generally be cancelled once confirmed. However, 111bdt reserves the right to void a bet under the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error.
• If a match or event is cancelled or less than half of it has been played.
• If significant changes occur to event details before the result is confirmed.
• If fraud or match-fixing is suspected in connection with a bet.

Odds Changes

Odds in Live Betting can change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. Any subsequent odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not apply to that bet.

Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win cap applies to each bet or event. This limit may vary by game type and event. Any winnings exceeding the set limit will not be paid out.

5 Payment Policy

Deposit

Deposits at 111bdt can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Funds are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes. If a transaction fails, your money will be refunded automatically.

Withdrawal

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• Withdrawals may be suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

Currency & Transaction Fees

111bdt processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are generally free of additional charges. However, payment gateway providers may apply their own fees, for which 111bdt bears no responsibility.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

111bdt regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued. General bonus terms are outlined below:

Wagering Requirements

• To convert bonus funds to cash, a specified wagering requirement must be met (typically 5x–20x).
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses can be used for both Live Betting and Sports Betting.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts.
• Providing false information to obtain a bonus.
• Placing bets that violate promotion terms and conditions.
• Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements have been met.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 111bdt platform. Any violation may result in permanent account termination and legal action where applicable:

• Creating and operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Accessing or attempting to access another person's account.
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or any illegal source on the platform.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on our systems.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.
• Registering with a false identity.

8 Responsible Betting

111bdt is committed to responsible betting above all else. We want our platform to be a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. To support this, we offer the following features:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a limit on how much you bet within a given time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Reality Check: Review a summary of your betting time and spending at regular intervals.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team via email. Please withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

Closed by 111bdt

111bdt may close or suspend your account for any of the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned accordingly. However, balances in accounts closed due to fraud may be forfeited.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We always aim to resolve issues in a friendly and cooperative manner.

Complaint Submission Process

• Submit a written complaint to support@111bdt.ws within 48 hours of the incident.
• Your complaint should include a detailed description of the incident, the date and time, and the relevant bet ID.
• We will provide an initial response within 7 business days.
• For complex cases, a final decision will be provided within a maximum of 28 business days.

If you are not satisfied with 111bdt's decision, you may escalate the matter through an international gaming dispute resolution body.

12 Right to Amend Terms

111bdt reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. You will be notified via your registered email or a platform notice before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request account closure.
